By using LIFTS ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app. It's that simple.
LIFTS is a workout tracking app with AI-powered coaching. It helps you log exercises, track progressive overload, monitor recovery, and get personalized training advice.
LIFTS is not a medical service. The AI coach provides general fitness guidance based on your training data, not medical advice. Always consult a healthcare professional before starting a new exercise program or if you have health concerns.
You can use LIFTS without an account. Your data stays on your device.
If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. One account per person. Don't share accounts.
You own your workout data. We store it so you can access it across devices and over time. See our Privacy Policy for the full details on how we handle your data.
You can export or delete your data at any time by contacting us.
Use LIFTS for tracking your workouts. Don't:
The AI coach is a tool, not a certified trainer. It analyzes your logged data and provides suggestions. It can be wrong. It doesn't know about injuries it hasn't been told about, medications you're taking, or conditions that affect your training.
Use your judgment. If something hurts, stop. If the AI suggests something that doesn't feel right, skip it.
We aim to keep LIFTS available 24/7, but we can't guarantee it. The app may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or due to circumstances beyond our control.
Your offline data (localStorage) remains accessible even if our servers are down.
LIFTS is currently free to use. If we introduce paid features in the future, existing free functionality will remain free. We'll give you notice before any pricing changes.
LIFTS is provided "as is." We don't guarantee that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. We're not liable for injuries sustained during workouts, data loss due to device failure, or any indirect damages from using the app.
That said, we take your data seriously and work to keep it safe.
We may update these terms. We'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use means you accept the new terms.
